5 Favorite Healthy Snacks for Toddlers

Let's face it, toddlers love snacks and could probably live off of them if we left it up to them. Here are 5 healthy snacks that are delicious and fun for toddlers to eat.

1. Crackers & Hummus

We experiment with different crackers and different flavors of hummus. If you're lucky enough to where your child likes vegetables, hummus and veggies is a great snack!

2. Granola Bars

Basically, you can put anything in a granola bar and kids will eat them. I have a recipe here for clean granola bars.

3. Yogurt with Fruit and Granola

The granola has to be a little soggy from the yogurt or else she won't eat it though. Who's surprised? #toddlerproblems

4. Bagel with Peanut Butter & Raisins

Two awesome snacks combined. Once again, if you're lucky enough to where your kid likes veggies, put these on celery!

5. Fruit Smoothie

We're big milk drinkers in this house. I noticed about a month ago that the milk we normally buy started saying "DairyPure" on it. I found that DairyPure milk is the only milk backed by an exclusive 5 Point Purity Promise:

1) No artificial growth hormones.* 2) All milk is tested for antibiotics. 3) Continuously tested to ensure purity. 4) This is only from cows that are fed healthy diets. 5) Cold shipped fresh from your local dairy.
Woohoo! Things this mama likes to hear! And no, this is not just for toddlers. I just add a scoop of protein to mine.

*No significant difference has been shown between milk derived from cows treated with the artificial growth hormone rbST and non‐rbST‐treated cows.

  1. I would definitely doubt about yogurt as my kid personally hates it, but with what I would agree is crackers and peanut butter, as my child can eat it dozens and cannot leave without it. I also asked http://payforessays.org/
